Updates - Flowstone Saga

Hello explorers! As of today's build, we have caught up to where we were with the game before the full switch to the new top-down visual style. It's been a huge amount of work re-creating maps and cutscenes - not to mention rewriting dialogue and key conversations - but we think it has absolutely been worth the effort.

There are way too many small changes to list here, but in general, we:

  • Fixed a ton of bugs
  • Updated numerous visual effects
  • Added Sprig to explorable maps as a character that actually scampers around to follow Mirai,
  • Adjusted various dialogues
  • Finished up content to where we were before
  • Created tons of new assets

There are also some useful new debug features: by hovering over NPCs and other map objects you can view the game state, which we can use if there are any unexpected issues with interacting (or not interacting) with them.

Plus, there's a new input capture and replay system which will also be invaluable for debugging purposes if you encounter a bad game state within a battle. If in battle you encounter some kind of bug or bad behavior, press F8 to write your input log to disk. You will then be able to send us this input file to help us reproduce and ultimately fix your issue.
